Lakewood Med Spa is a physician-directed medical spa in Dallas, Texas, on the Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Dallas campus. Medical director Dr. Rajan Kohli, MD is a board-certified Family Medicine physician with over 20 years of clinical experience. He personally evaluates every patient and performs or directly supervises every procedure. Services include Botox and Dysport, dermal and lip fillers, biostimulators, PDO threads, RF microneedling with PRP, fractional CO2 laser, HIFU skin tightening, pico laser, DPL photofacial, AquaFacial, chemical peels, body contouring, cryolipolysis, laser hair removal, non-surgical hair restoration, medical weight loss, hormone optimization and peptide therapy. Consultations are complimentary. Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
