1. About these terms

  1. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of MedSpa Compass, available at https://medspacompass.com (the “Service”).
  2. The Service is operated by:

2. What the Service is

  1. MedSpa Compass is an independent online directory of med spas and aesthetic clinics. It helps you discover and compare clinics and then contact them directly.
  2. We are not affiliated with, do not own, and do not endorse any clinic listed. A listing is not a recommendation, certification or guarantee of any provider.
  3. We are not a party to any appointment, treatment, transaction or agreement between you and a clinic. We do not provide booking, payment processing or medical services.
  4. Listing information is compiled from publicly available sources and from business owners. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that any information (including treatments, hours, pricing, ratings or credentials) is complete, current or error-free.

3. Not medical advice

The content on MedSpa Compass is provided for general informational purposes only and is not medical advice. It is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified, licensed medical professional. Aesthetic and medical-spa treatments carry risks. Always consult a licensed provider, and independently verify a clinic’s licensing, credentials and suitability for your needs before booking or undergoing any treatment. Never disregard professional medical advice because of something you read on the Service.

4. Listings and business owners

  1. Adding a basic listing is free. Submissions may be reviewed before publication, and we may decline or remove any listing at our discretion.
  2. If you submit or claim a listing, you confirm that you are authorized to represent that business and that the information you provide is accurate and lawful.
  3. Business owners may claim, correct or request removal of a listing by emailing hello@medspacompass.com. After we verify your connection to the business, we will update or remove it promptly.
  4. Content that is unlawful, misleading, or infringes the rights of others may be removed.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use automated means to scrape, copy or harvest the Service or its data beyond normal browsing;
  • submit false, misleading or unauthorized listings or content;
  • interfere with, overload or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service; or
  • use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

The MedSpa Compass name, design, original text and compilation of the directory are owned by the operator and protected by applicable law. Business names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners. You may not reproduce substantial parts of the Service without our permission.

7. Third-party links

The Service links to third-party websites (including clinic websites). We do not control and are not responsible for their content, practices or privacy policies. Accessing them is at your own risk.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

  1. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
  2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the Service, your reliance on any listing, or your dealings with any clinic.
  3. Any complaint about an appointment, treatment, price or service quality must be directed to the relevant clinic.
  4. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, or any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.

9. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when the updated version is published on the Service, and the version date above will reflect the latest revision. Your continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, where the operator is established, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence. Where required, disputes with consumers may also be brought before the courts of the consumer’s place of residence.
