No. Both price fields are blank because the directory has no representative current sample that supports a national or local average. Enter only the rate written by the clinic.
Are units for Botox, Dysport and other products interchangeable?+

How do I compare a flat quote with a per-unit quote?+
Record the exact product, clinician-proposed scope, required fees, included follow-up and all-in total for each. Do not infer a dose from a flat quote or assume that matching area labels describe matching proposals.
