Listings are scattered across dozens of sites, prices are unclear and ratings often lack context. We set out to build one place where clinics are organized by treatment and city, with useful information that helps people compare options.

Comparing provider profiles can be difficult when services, credentials and pricing are described differently. Our mission is to organize directory records by treatment and city, show public review signals and make direct contact simple. No booking commissions and no middleman.
Our methodology
How we rank clinics & write our guides
How we order profiles. Clinics are ordered by Google review count, with rating used as a tie-breaker. Those public review signals do not establish clinical quality, safety, licensing, staffing or current service availability. We do not accept payment to move a clinic higher in organic results; any paid placements are clearly labeled.
How records are sourced. Listing fields are compiled from public business-profile data, clinic websites and owner submissions. We review submitted changes for identity and source consistency before publication, but a directory profile is not verification of current licensing, treatment quality, safety or suitability.
How we produce guides. We use cited regulator, manufacturer and professional-association materials where relevant and separate their factual scope from directory commentary. Drafting may be assisted by automation, but articles pass editorial, source-scope, safety, duplication and consistency checks before publication. Substantive revisions receive an updated date.
Clinical review status. Unless a guide names an individual clinician and credentials, it has not received named clinical review. We currently make that limitation visible on every article rather than implying medical oversight we do not have.
Corrections. Readers and clinic owners can report outdated or inaccurate information. We compare the request with the official business website or other reliable evidence before changing a listing or guide.
Pricing. MedSpa Compass does not publish directory-created dollar bands as market evidence. Cost guides explain billing units and the fields required for a comparable written quote. We do not have a current, representative sample of clinic menus, insurer claims or completed transactions, so a defensible national or local average is not shown. Request current itemized quotes directly from clinics. Method reviewed July 2026.
