Yes. A basic listing is free and we take no commission — clients contact you directly. We also offer paid Featured listings for clinics that want to appear at the top of results.

Directly. Every clinic profile shows phone, email and — when available — website and social links. You call or message the clinic and book with them. We never take a cut or sit between you and the clinic.

Each new listing is reviewed manually — we check the address exists, the contact works, and the info matches. Verified clinics get a “Verified” badge. If you report a problem, we re-check within 48 hours.

A Featured listing is a paid placement — your clinic appears at the top of search results, gets a “Featured” badge and priority on the homepage. No booking commission. Email us for details.
