How do I list my med spa? +
Use the List your med spa form and submit the business details requested there. A basic listing is free. Submissions remain pending while we review the business identity and supplied information; publication is not automatic or guaranteed.
Is a listing free? +
Yes. A Basic submission is free and we take no booking commission. Optional paid placements are labeled Sponsored and remain subject to review; publication and performance are not guaranteed.
How do I contact a clinic? +
Directly. Profiles show the public contact details available for that clinic, which may include a phone number, official website, email or social link. MedSpa Compass does not book appointments or take a commission.
What does the Verified badge mean? +
A Verified badge means an additional business identity, ownership or official-website check was completed. It does not certify licensing, clinical quality, safety, pricing or patient outcomes.
What is a Sponsored placement? +
It is a paid, clearly labeled position in eligible directory modules. It is not a quality ranking or endorsement, and no position, traffic, clicks, contacts or leads are guaranteed. Email us for current placement terms.
I found an error in a listing - what now? +
Use the form above with the topic “Report a listing” and identify the clinic, profile URL, disputed field and a reliable correction source. We will review the report and update or remove information when warranted.
